Hotel is located right on the beach, sunbeds are included. Nice beach bar. Very good breakfast, lots of options, restaurant is very clean, great views from the restaurant and terrace to the sea, nice music during breakfast, atmosphere, nice music during the day, on the terrace, as well. Not to loud, lounge atmosphere. Hotel is very clean, well maintained, rooms a cleaned-up every day, cleaning ladies are very nice. Beds are big, there are more pillows options if the ones offered do not suit you. A plus for us were the blackout drapes. Personnel is very welcoming, well trained, helpful. Perea is not very big, there are lots of restaurant options on the beach promenade. The hotel is located at the end of the promenade, so close to everything and at the same time quieter. The beach is not big, but nice, sandy and water is not deep at all, perfect for kids. It can be crowded during weekends, but during weekdays it was perfect. Very good options for families with kids, because it is very convenient and the hotel staff made our group feel welcome. Hotel offers also massage services with good prices. Unfortunately, we only got the offer on the last day of the stay and we did not use the service. Really enjoyed our stay here and we will be back.

As seen in photos, the hotel is on the beach, very near to the pier where the sea buses for Salonic are stopping.  It was very clean , with rooms daily serviced, cosmetics of very good quality and a powerful air conditioning. The breakfast is amazing. It is ment to satisfy all kind of guests: europeans, americans or british. Very rich in products and choices.The hotel has also a good resturant with gourmet cuisine at good prices and a great selection of greek wines of top quality. The bar serves various cocktails and many kind of coffee. The personnel is very atentive, present each time you would need anything and always very kind. On the private beach the sun bed are free and enough for all clients; beach towels are practically free( 10 euro guarantee fully refundable ) It is a very well managed hotel, convenient situated at only 20 minutes from the airport . It suites for both a " get tan"  vacation or to discover the beautiful town of Thessaloniki which is not far by bud, car, bus or sea bus.

With an absolutely fabulous restaurant serving food by the waterfront, there really is no reason to leave the hotel grounds during your stay. The food we experienced during our stay, both for lunches and dinners, was absolutely top-quality with a vast array of choices from perfectly-cooked traditional Greek dishes to bar snacks and fast-food. Something for everyone. The breakfast buffet offered lots of choice with cooked items, pastries, fruits and coffee options. The hotel staff are friendly and hard-working (a special mention to Anna who waited on our table in the evenings, she was always polite and helpful).

Lot’s of tasty choices at breakfast. You can have breakfast along the promenade with a view of the beach. So lovely. Very friendly, helpful staff in the hotel, but also at the beach, especially a young girl named Nancy, she was very helpful and polite. You can use sunbeds, umbrella and beach towels for free. We loved our stay.

The bathroom products were of good quality and were also offered on sale. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Overall good experience and I recommend the property.
